HeinOnline Enhancement: New Search Option

HeinOnline has added a new enhancement to the Law Journal Library. Now, when conducting a field or advanced search in this library, you will have the option to view the full journal title when limiting your search to a specific title.

In the past, you were given the option to select the journal by the citation, which you will still be able to do. This, however, will allow for easier selection of journal titles if you do not know the proper citation of the journal you are looking for.

Hong Kong Civil Procedure News

The Library has received 6  issues, from January 2010 to March 2011, of the Hong Kong Civil Procedure News. The Hong Kong Civil Procedure News are the newsletters of Hong Kong Civil Procedure (The Hong Kong White Book) and include information on latest developments concerning legislation and case law, and highlight other important procedural developments.  The contents include

·         Cases in the United Kingdom

·         Law Society Circulars

·         Civil Justice Reform and Other News

·         Legislative Developments and Other Notices
