Montesquieu Law Review

Montesquieu Law Review is a brand new electronic journal of French law published in English. It covers legal news, major court decisions, developments in legislation and case law, together with jurisprudential thinking and debate of French law.

The LRC Faculty of Law Staff Publications is a collection which contains the book publications of the CUHK Faculty of Law academic staff.  Please note any books that are current semester reading materials are not included in the Faculty Staff Publications collection but are located in the main part of the LRC or University Library Reserve collection. This makes it easier for students to find all the relevant materials for their course in the one spot rather than having to remember to look in two places.

ICLR Online

The library has recently subscribed to the database ICLR Online. The Incorporated Council of Law Reporting’s ICLR Online covers cases published by the LCLR since 1865, including the following courts in each of its various series: 

• Appeal Cases,
• Queen’s Bench/ King’s Bench
• Chancery Division
• Family Division

 The ICLR Online contains the Law Reports, Weekly Law Reports, Industrial Cases Reports,  Business Law Reports, Public and Third Sector Law Reports. All ICLR cases are also accessible in Lexis HK and Westlaw HK

Hong Kong Student Law Gazette Fall 2014 Issue 5

The electronic version of Hong Kong Student Law Gazette (HKSLG)  the latest issue Fall 2014 Issue 5 is available on its website (http://hongkongstudentlawgazette.com/)

The Gazette is published twice each academic year by the student society Hong Kong Student Law Gazette of the Chinese University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law. It is Hong Kong's leading law student publication.  It aims to encourage students to engage in key legal issues, contribute to legal scholarship, and build closer ties between law students and the wider legal community.
