ICLR (The Incorporated Council of Law Reporting) New Platform
The old ICLR platform (http://cases.iclr.co.uk/Subscr/Search.aspx) has been ceased updating new content from Sep 15,
2017 although users can still search cases, legislation etc on it. The
new platform named ICLR. 3 (https://www.iclr.co.uk/)has been operating since Sep 15, 2017.
