The Chinese Journal of Comparative Law is a new journal which is published in 2013 by the Oxford University Press, the International Academy of Comparative Law and the Silk Road Institute for International and Comparative Law at Xi’an Jiaotong University, China. The issues in 2013 are freely available online at the Oxford University Press website. The library has recently added this journal to the library catalogue and its E-Journals Portal.
The Chinese Journal of Comparative Law focuses on comparative studies on all discipline of law, especially the development of the Chinese legal system and the developing world.
