The Supreme
People’s Court of the People's Republic of China has officially launched
its new initiative called the ‘Digital Library’.
The
Eastlaw Library is the official and biggest digital library for juristic
writings and records created by the Supreme People’s Court of the People's
Republic of China.
The digital library is divided into six sections,
while eight databases and 15 special columns have been set up to offer more
specialized legal resources including rare records of cases from ancient
China, famous cases from different historical periods, and well-known foreign
cases.
The library is mainly written in Chinese though some
resources are in English.
