All circulating books of the CUHK Library, excluding reserve books and United College Library Language Collection, can be delivered from the holding library to the LRC for pick up and checking out.

This service is free for transferring books between other branches of the CUHK Library and the LRC. Students need to fill out Online Request Form to process their requests.

To request, please do the following:

2. Click on the “Online Request” link

3. Login with your Staff/Student ID and Library Password

4. Fill out book and your contact details

5. Check off the location where the book is originally held (e.g. if the Law Library, check off the box next to the Law Library). If you would like to transfer a book to the Legal Resources Centre, please make sure you use the third option on the form, which shows the pickup location is Legal Resources Centre.
